Spring Roll

I'm hoping that 'spring is rolling out' soon. I guess we're almost to that time of year! I love all of the new light from Daylight Savings Time, it's nice to have more light at night. Anyway, dinner tonight was spring rolls and a vegetable stir fry over rice noodles with a Peanut Sauce.
