Most people enjoy a good pizza. I know I do. Tonight I made a pizza topped with portobello mushrooms, onions, olives, and artichoke hearts. Simple, delicious.

Italy has restrictions on using the phrase 'Traditional Italian Pizza' in advertising, which includes strict guidelines of the ingredients used containing no less than the minimum and nothing above and beyond what is considered 'traditional.' This guideline has been recognized by the European Union since 1990.
