We left Ventura a little later than anticipated due to my health. I woke up in the morning and began the first of a series of vomitting sessions throughout the day. Not sure if it was something I ate or what. Fortunately most of my food from the day before had already digested so there wasn't a whole lot left... Abbey drove for the first half of the day then after my 2nd and 3rd round, I was feeling well enough to drive, plus it kept my mind off of my stomach: hunger and nausea! So by the end of the day the only thing I consumed was this lovely bottle of Apple Juice. We arrived after sunset at Zion National Park, set up camp, and went straight to bed.
